LA: I can think critically when writing. I can organize my writing to engage an audience.
Math: I can use strategies to complete long division questions.

Social Studies: I can explain the difference between a dictatorship and a democracy.
LA
This week in LA we began learning about Edward de Bono's Thinking Hats. This process allows us to organize our writing in an effective way.
Math
We have begun our unit on long division. This week we focused on strategies to help us.
Science
This week we explored magnets and magnetic properties, as well as the connection to electricity.
Social Studies
We have begun our investigation into different types of government by looking at democracy and dictatorship. Room 22 and 14 will become "countries" and we have begun designing flags to represent them.
